OUR FOLIC ACID SUPPLEMENT
This supplement provides 400μg of high-quality methylfolate in capsule form. We have used L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) to form our folic acid health supplement. L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate is the metabolically active form of folic acid and is found in nature. Synthetic folic acid has to undergo several biochemical conversions in the body to become 5-MTHF. By supplementing with 5-MTHF rather than synthetic folic acid, one can be assured of getting all the benefits of folic acid.
